Cloves are good for your hair and scalp because they are rich in antioxidants and nutrients that
boost hair growth, strengthen hair follicles, and reduce
dandruff. Their anti-inflammator and antimicrobial properties can soothe the scalp, reduce irritatior and fight the bacteria and fungi that cause dandruff, creating a healthier environment for hair to
grow.
The antioxidants in cloves may help prevent hair loss and premature graying and improve hair strength and thickness by protecting against oxidative stress. Eugenol and other antioxidant compounds in cloves may also improve blood circulation to help the scalp, promoting hair follicle activity and subsequent hair growth.
